All surgeries are by appointment at both sites.
A computerised appointment booking system is operated by the reception staff to allocate appointments, and can be contacted by telephone or in person.
NB: Evening appointments are preferably for those patients who are working during the day, without compromising choice.

���� Patients who need to be seen urgently can be seen the same day by arrangement at any of the two sites.
Telephone consultations are available by contacting Dr P. Valluri on his mobile on 07973 256493 between 8:30 and 9:00 or before and after surgery sessions.

Thursday is our half day and there is no evening surgery. If you need urgent medical attention from 12.30 please ring 01254 617590, select option one and follow the instructions.

DOCTORS’ LEAVE OF ABSENCE
When doctors are on leave there will only be one surgery at each site. Locum doctors or other local colleagues will conduct the surgeries. Surgery timings may vary, advance announcement by way of notices, leaflets, and telephone answering service will be made.
LATE EVENING SURGERIES (EXTENDED HOURS)
Monday and Friday from 6.30pm to 7pm at Rishton and Great Harwood site and Wednesday from 6.30 pm to 7pm at Rishton and Great Harwood for those who are unable to attend routine surgery.
PRACTICE NURSE AT RISHTON
Appointments can be arranged to suit patient needs.
TREATMENT ROOM/CLINIC NURSES
There are a team of qualified nurses who provide a wide variety of services such as health promotion, dressings, ECG’s, vaccinations, pregnancy testing, urine and blood tests, blood pressure checks, ear syringing and offering general advice. They are available at the following times by arrangement following consultations:
